1. Digital Delivery Only
All products available on our website, including but not limited to IIT JEE/NEET study materials, test series, and notes, are digital products. We do not ship any physical goods or hard copies to your physical address.
2. Delivery Timeline
Instant Access: Upon successful completion of your payment through Razorpay, you will receive immediate access to the purchased material.
Download Links: You will be redirected to a download page, and a link to access your material will also be sent to your registered email address automatically.
Account Dashboard: If you have created an account, your purchased materials will be permanently available in the “Downloads” or “My Orders” section of your dashboard.
3. Shipping Charges
Since all our materials are delivered digitally via the internet, there are no shipping charges, handling fees, or delivery costs associated with any order on our website.
4. Exchange Policy
Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer “exchanges” in the traditional sense. Once a PDF or digital file is accessed or downloaded, it cannot be “returned” or “exchanged” for another product.
Incorrect Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong material (e.g., purchased a NEET module instead of JEE), please contact us at [Contact@Vivekjeeneet.in] within 24 hours. We may, at our sole discretion, assist you in providing the correct material.
5. Technical Issues
If you do not receive a download link or access to your material within 1 hour of payment, please check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folder. If it is still missing, contact our support team with your Transaction ID.
